Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including B2B relationships with dealerships, fleet managers, and rental companies.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the repair process with clear, professional communication.
- Provide accurate damage estimates and present repair options to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with our shop team, including window tint technicians, to ensure customer satisfaction and a timely, high-quality repair process.
- Act as a liaison with insurance companies to facilitate smooth and efficient claim processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with estimating software like CCC ONE is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Responsibilities include measuring and cutting film for tinting, as well as removing old damaged tint as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform alignments on commercial trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using alignment equipment.
- Inspect suspension, steering, and related systems for wear or damage.
- Diagnose and recommend corrective measures for handling, tire wear, and alignment issues.
- Install and adjust steering and suspension components as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and update work orders in the system.
- Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with service writers, customers, and other technicians regarding service needs and completion timelines.
- Assist with other mechanical or tire-related work as required.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Skills / Education / Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
