Your mission: Drive the growth of our shop by developing and managing customer and business relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including B2B relationships with dealerships, fleet managers, and rental companies.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the repair process with clear, professional communication.
- Provide accurate damage estimates and present repair options to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with our shop team, including window tint technicians, to ensure customer satisfaction and a timely, high-quality repair process.
- Act as a liaison with insurance companies to facilitate smooth and efficient claim processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or collision repair industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with a target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with estimating software like CCC ONE is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled window tint technician to join our team specializing in vehicle window tinting and vinyl wrapping. This part-time position requires a technician with precision, attention to detail, and a steady hand, essential traits for anyone involved in auto body repair.
Responsibilities include measuring and cutting film for tinting, as well as removing old damaged tint as needed. This role is ideal for a mobile technician looking to expand their experience in the automotive industry, particularly those interested in collision repair sales representative opportunities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 β 20 per week

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a car vinyl installer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in vinyl cutting, trimming, heating, and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of different types of vinyl materials and their specific applications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment used for vinyl installation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address installation challenges or issues.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and handle repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of vehicle anatomy and familiarity with different car models is a plus.
- Valid driver's license may be required, depending on the job requirements.
Prepare vehicles for vinyl installation by cleaning and prepping surfaces.
- Measure and accurately cut vinyl materials to fit the contours of the vehicle using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Apply vinyl wraps and graphics to various parts of the vehicle, such as the body panels, windows, and trim, using adhesive techniques and heat guns.
- Use professional equipment, such as squeegees, rollers, and heat guns, to ensure smooth application and eliminate air bubbles or wrinkles.
- Check and correct post-installation issues, such as misalignments, bubbles, or imperfections.
- Ensure that the vinyl installation process meets industry standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of vinyl materials and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and materials related to car vinyl wraps.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
